TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking and Payments:

1. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required upon booking.
2. Full payment must be made by the last booking date.
3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made before the last booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations made after the last booking date are non-refundable.

Travel Documents:

1. Passports must be valid for at least six months from the travel date.
2. Mustaqiim Travels will assist in obtaining necessary visas.

Health and Safety:

1. Travelers must adhere to health guidelines provided by local authorities.
2. Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

Responsibility:

1. Mustaqiim Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
2. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the traveler.

Behavior:

1. Travelers must respect local customs and laws.
2. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

Amendments:

1. Mustaqiim Travels reserves the right to amend the itinerary in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
